FY26 Harlingen Placement Area (PA)13 and 10 Improvements

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District issued a Sources Sought (W912HY-26-S-1AX4) to gauge industry interest and capabilities for construction work at Harlingen Placement Area PA-13 and PA-10. Work includes a 3-foot raise, inlet structure installation and shoreline protection for PA-13, with optional clearing/grubbing, minor dike repairs, inlet repairs, and a splash pad for PA-10; period of performance is up to 190 calendar days (with 120-day option items). The estimated construction cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 and firms should submit capability information (UEI, CAGE, project experience, bonding capacity) by the response deadline.
