Prepare and paint the bottom two rings of the steel tank, and repair the concrete base. The water tank rehabilitation will involve proper preparation, applying a coat of two-part epoxy to the lower two rings, and applying a topcoat of urethane. Efforts must be made to match the existing color as close as possible.
