Full-Service Boiler, Burner, and Mechanical Support Services RFP

Description: Montgomery County Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide full-service boiler, burner, and related mechanical services for its facilities. The work includes regular maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, code compliance, and support for heating systems at MCPS schools and support facilities throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. The initial contract term is three years with the possibility of five one-year renewals, and bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, hold a valid Maryland contractor’s license, provide required insurance, and meet a 20% MBE/WBE participation goal.
