Multi-Material Full-Color 3D Printer System. 001 Item: Multi-Material Full-Color3D Printer System Brand Name: Stratasys(or Equal) Part Number: J826 Prime(or Equal) Salient Characteristics: 1. Build Volume & Print Engine Technology: PhotopolymerMulti-Jetting / PolyJet or equivalent multi-material droplet jetting technology. BuildVolume: Minimum build envelope of at least 255 mm (X) x 252 mm (Y) x 200 mm (Z)[10.0 x 9.9 x 7.9 inches]. Layer Thickness: High-precision mode capable of layer resolution down to at least 14–18 microns (0.00055–0.0007 in). Print Speed Modes: Must include multiple selectable build modes, including a dedicated High-Speed / Draft modefor rapid prototyping. 2. Color & Material Capabilities Simultaneous Materials: Must support concurrent printing of at least 7 distinct base resin materials simultaneously in a single build. Air Filtration: Dedicated external or integrated air extraction / air filtration unit to capture VOCs and particulate emissions during operation. Power Protection: Compatible dedicated Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) matched to equipment power load to prevent print failure from minor outages. Material Handling:High-capacity automated material feed cabinet supporting continuous printing with auto-switching between cartridges. 4. Delivery, Training & Service Requirements Installation &Setup: On-site vendor uncrating, physical installation, calibration, and operational verification at the delivery installation.
