Description: The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting sealed bids for Bid No. 300731 to improve pedestrian and bicycle access to Oceano Elementary School by closing gaps in pedestrian facilities. The work includes approximately 1,300 linear feet of new sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and high-visibility crosswalks. Construction is planned in public rights-of-way on 19th, 20th, and 21st Streets and Warner and Vista Streets, to improve safety and accessibility for students, families, and the surrounding community.
