Demolition and replacement of two existing Evapco cooling towers (Model: AT 424-936), replacement of one BAC cooling tower (model number is VXT-800CR from Baltimore air coil company, Serial number is 84-5979) associated structural steel platform, roofing replacement, associated structural components, associated mechanical components, associated electrical components, pump, motors, piping, chemical feed, fire/smoke detector system, condenser water motor/pumps, electrical circuit breaker, piping insulation, SCADA integration, and associated control systems. Contractor should ensure that the project adheres to all guidelines and code, including but not limited to, the International Plumbing Code (IPC), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standard and guideline, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes and standards and the National Electrical Code, etc.

The work is intended to restore the equipment to reliable operating condition and, to the greatest extent practicable, restore its original airflow, water distribution, heat-transfer capability, mechanical reliability, corrosion resistance, safe operation, and serviceability.
