Work include building renovation. Work covers approx 5,560 SF along the perimeter, that will be converted into new offices. The project includes select interior removals on the first floor of the federal building. Renovating the existing bathrooms, janitor's closet, and corridor. The mechanical fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical systems will be modified to suit the new interior layout.
