Allegheny County is soliciting bids to renovate approximately 12,500 square feet of second-floor office space in the County Office Building (COB-2506) including offices, restrooms, and a break room. The work is bid under separate prime contracts (general, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and includes MWDBE/VOSB and insurance/performance bond requirements; the contractor must start within 7 days of Notice to Proceed and complete work within 270 days. Fire suppression is existing and to be modified as required. The 2nd floor Custodial room being relocated to the basement. The single user women's restroom on the 2nd floor is being renovated. A single room within the 2nd floor south entry suite is being updated to provide adequate HVAC, lighting and interior finishes.
