RFP #26094 - Bellevue Fire Department (BFD) Fire Hose, Nozzles and Appliances Annual NFPA Testing
The City of Bellevue Fire Department is seeking a qualified vendor to perform annual hydrostatic testing, inspection, and certification of its fire hoses, nozzles, and appliances in compliance with NFPA standards and Washington Administrative Code 296-305-06003. The five-year service contract covers approximately 1,500 hose sections, 176 nozzles, and 252 appliances, with testing primarily conducted at the Public Safety Training Center and occasionally at Fire Station 9. Vendors must provide testing equipment capable of pressures up to 500 psi, use or integrate barcode/RFID tracking, submit Excel-based results and certification reports, and meet the scheduled June 2027 testing window.
