Fanning Wash Diversion Project - Construction Manager at Risk

Description: The City of Flagstaff is soliciting Statements of Qualifications—not grant applications—for a Construction Manager at Risk to support the Fanning Wash Diversion Project. The CMAR’s design-phase work includes coordinating with the design professional, reviewing documents and constructability, investigating subsurface utilities, developing schedules and cost models, and preparing GMPs. The anticipated construction-phase work includes agency coordination, procurement, site operations, inspections, testing, and construction under the approved documents, with SOQs due September 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Arizona time.
