Construction Manager at Risk Services for Stoughton Community Multiplex Project
The Town of Stoughton, in partnership with the RM of Tecumseh No. 65, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the development of a new Stoughton Community Multiplex Facility. The project involves construction of an approximately 45,000 square foot multi-purpose recreation facility valued at roughly $15 million, including an NHL-sized ice surface, six dressing rooms, a community hall and event space, fitness centre, indoor walking track, meeting rooms, food and beverage service areas, public gathering spaces, and integration with the existing curling rink and outdoor swimming pool mechanical systems.
