The Convention Center Authority seeks proposals to provide Event Security and/or Parking Attendant services at the Music City Center (vendors may bid for either service separately or both). Key requirements: Tennessee security licensing (must be obtained within six months of award), provision of specified staff (off‑duty police, guards, supervisors, ushers, metal‑detector operators, parking attendants/cashiers, traffic/dock control), minimum roster levels (if bidding both: 200 combined event staff and 30 police; Event Security-only: 170 staff and 30 police; Parking-only: 30 attendants and 15 police), radios/equipment (50 radios for security, 10 for parking plus metal detectors/repeaters), training, uniforms, background and drug screening, and reporting. Contract is for a three‑year term with one two‑year extension option; proposals must include hourly rates by position (cost form) and demonstrate capacity, insurance, and quality assurance.

The University at Albany (State University of New York) is soliciting proposals to provide event staffing, security, and parking management services for home athletics events under a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options. The contract includes subcontracting goals for minority-, women-, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses and the incumbent is DDcues LLC.
