EV4822 - HCDD Nexus & Financial Study - Consultant

Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri, through its Housing and Community Development Department, is seeking qualified consulting teams to conduct an affordable housing nexus and financial feasibility study. The study will evaluate the City's affordable housing set-aside and payment-in-lieu requirements, potential residential impact fees, and potential nonresidential housing linkage fees, including the maximum supportable levels and financially feasible levels. The consultant will also perform a geographic equity assessment and provide technically defensible, financially feasible, and administratively practical policy options.
