Employment and Income Support Programs (EISP) Consultative Examination Medical Providers (Request for Proposals)

Description: Perform consultative examinations (CE) in up to 5 regions for individuals referred by participating Local Department of Social Services (Districts) to obtain independent medical and psychiatric/psychological examinations and intelligence evaluations. The information provided from these examinations and any ancillary testing will be used to assist District staff in making a determination of employability under State guidelines.
