Seeks a provider with demonstrated experience in firefighter and public-safety occupational medicine that can provide a consistent, confidential, efficient, and comprehensive program addressing the occupational exposures and physical demands associated with structural firefighting and emergency response. The selected provider shall furnish all qualified personnel, equipment, testing, laboratory services, medical review, administrative support, reporting, and other resources required to perform the services.
