Emergency Management System Security Plan & Threat Risk Assessment

Description: The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop two key documents: a System Security Plan and a Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA). The System Security Plan will define a framework to protect people and infrastructure in support of the Transit Security Grant Program, while the THIRA will identify events of greatest significance to the agency.
