SFGOV-0000011860 - Private Terminal Ground Lease (RFP)
This Lease requires the development, construction, and operation of a private terminal servicing departing and arriving passengers on scheduled commercial flights, and optionally airline crews, offering a private, luxurious, bespoke and expedited experience away from public terminals for dwelling before commercial flights, including the Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") screening, delivery of guests to the aircraft for domestic and international flights via private vehicles on approved Airport ramps, and the reverse journey upon arrival, including Customs and Border Patrol (“CBP”) screening for international arrivals. The Private Terminal must provide private rooms for guests and may include a salon for multiple parties. The site chosen is 75,023 SF. The site includes 13,415 SF lot directly across the street which will be used for vehicle parking.

Air Handling Unit Replacement RFP
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, technical support, testing, commissioning, and related services necessary to remove and replace one (1) air handling unit serving the nist biorepository at the noaa hollings marine laboratory. All work shall deliver a fully functional, code-compliant, reliable ahu system that meets or exceeds current mechanical, safety, and performance standards. C. These activities shall not alter the building structure, envelope, or use. Existing facility drawings provided to the contractor are for reference information only; the contractor retains sole responsibility for field-verifying all dimensions, utilities, and existing conditions prior to equipment procurement.
