Air Handling Unit Replacement RFP

Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, technical support, testing, commissioning, and related services necessary to remove and replace one (1) air handling unit serving the nist biorepository at the noaa hollings marine laboratory. All work shall deliver a fully functional, code-compliant, reliable ahu system that meets or exceeds current mechanical, safety, and performance standards. C. These activities shall not alter the building structure, envelope, or use. Existing facility drawings provided to the contractor are for reference information only; the contractor retains sole responsibility for field-verifying all dimensions, utilities, and existing conditions prior to equipment procurement.
