The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction. Work generally include dewatering, sludge drying, removal and disposal, removal of existing HDPE lining system, minor grading, subgrade preparation, and installation of new HDPE lining system for both ponds.
