Durant Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Flat and sloped roof replacement at the Durant Recreation, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314. This project is to fully replace roofs and add solar panels if alternate is accepted. The work for this project includes the following: Removal of the existing fully adhered EPDM membrane and insulation down to the wood roof deck; Remove multiple ply modified bituminous roofing membrane and insulation down to the metal roof deck; Remove asphalt shingles and underlayment down to the sloped wood roof deck.
