The Commission addressed several land use and zoning items, including the approval of a Development Special Use Permit for a multi-unit building at 5050 Mark Center Drive and a Subdivision request for 411 Clifford Avenue. Additionally, a Development Special Use Permit for the Old Town Pool replacement project at 1609 Cameron Street was approved. The Commission deferred a Special Use Permit request for a single-unit dwelling at 404 A East Alexandria Avenue due to a noticing issue and postponed consideration of a proposed Zoning Text Amendment regarding beekeeping regulations.

The board conducted an election for the position of Vice Chair, resulting in the appointment of Mr. Justus. The board also reviewed and approved a special exception request for a side yard addition at 20 West Myrtle Street.

The board addressed multiple applications for alterations, new construction, partial demolition, and building repairs. Key outcomes included approvals for projects at 1200 Oronoco Street, 1328 Michigan Avenue, and 310 North Fayette Street.
