Phase 3 constructs Basin 5 at the confluence of Mohave Wash and Rattlesnake Wash, using excavation and embankment methods to provide downstream flood-control benefits and stormwater infiltration/aquifer recharge. The project is funded by Congressionally Directed Spending supplemented by Flood Control District budgeted funds.
