Mohave-Rattlesnake Detention Basin Construction Phase 3 RFP

Description: The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Mohave County Flood Control District, is soliciting competitive sealed bids through an Invitation for Bid (IFB 2027-011-IFB) for construction of a detention basin on Flood Control District land north of Kingman, accessed from Grace Neal Parkway. Phase 3 constructs Basin 5 at the confluence of Mohave Wash and Rattlesnake Wash, using excavation and embankment methods to provide downstream flood-control benefits and stormwater infiltration/aquifer recharge. The project is funded by Congressionally Directed Spending supplemented by Flood Control District budgeted funds.
