Perform a comprehensive audit, remediation, reconstruction, compliance review, and electronic file conversion of approximately 20,000 tenant files associated with CHA-owned and/or CHA-assisted properties. The portfolio includes properties operating under: Public Housing programs; Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs; and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. The Contract shall consist of a twelve (12) month base term commencing upon the Effective Date of the Agreement.

The purpose of the Legal Justice Fund (LJF): Outreach and Education program is to increase community awareness, engagement, and access to expungement and record sealing services for justice-involved youth and adults. This RFP is focused on the needs and challenges associated with having a criminal record.
