Tenant File Audit - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Perform a comprehensive audit, remediation, reconstruction, compliance review, and electronic file conversion of approximately 20,000 tenant files associated with CHA-owned and/or CHA-assisted properties. The portfolio includes properties operating under: Public Housing programs; Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs; and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. The Contract shall consist of a twelve (12) month base term commencing upon the Effective Date of the Agreement.
