Up to fifty (50) Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) under the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Description: The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for Project-Based Vouchers from organizations with eligible housing projects. Proposals will be evaluated and scored under established criteria to identify projects for the allocation of available vouchers. This is a project-based rental-assistance solicitation rather than a grant program, and responses are due August 31, 2026.

The Contractor shall provide a commercially available, cloud-delivered AI-based coding assistant solution meeting the following mandatory requirements: AI Coding Assistance Capabilities: AI-powered inline code completion and suggestion across all relevant programming languages used at USAC, including but not limited to Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, YAML, Bash/Shell, and Groovy. Natural-language-to-code generation: ability to generate functions, classes, tests, and boilerplate from developer prompts within the IDE. Code explanation and documentation generation: ability to explain existing code blocks and auto-generate inline comments, docstrings, and README content. See attached file.
