Development of Metra's Transit Asset Management & Maximo Role-Based Training (RFP)

Description: Seeks qualified instructional firm to design, develop, and deliver role-based TAM and Maximo training aligned to this SOP. The selected firm will collaborate with corporation to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive role-based training program. This will include conducting interviews and focus groups with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to validate and refine the curriculum content to align with the SOP and other technical documents. See attached file and outside link. The period of performance shall be one (1) year from date of Notice to Proceed issued by the Procurement Department.
