DESIGN-BUILD Firms to provide design, permitting, construction, and related services for horizontal/civil engineering projects on an as-needed basis under an annual contract. The proposed contract is intended to provide continued design-build capacity for future City capital improvement, infrastructure, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and improvement projects.
