Description: The Regional Municipality of Niagara has issued Request for Proposal 2026-RFP-112 seeking qualified engineering consultants to undertake the design of rehabilitation works for the DeCew Spillway as part of Phase 3 of an ongoing program to address leakage and erosion issues adjacent to the DeCew Water Treatment Plant and the DeCew Gun Club property. The raw water reservoir system is fed from the Ontario Power Generation canal and includes ponds, weirs, berms and a slide structure that discharges over DeCew Falls into Twelve Mile Creek, and the dam is classified as having 'High' Hazard Potential Classification. The contract has an expected duration of six months and is being issued only to a subset of proponents on the Successful Roster Listing from prior Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 (Category 6).

The Greater Binghamton Airport has issued an invitation to bid for Phase 1 of the rehabilitation of Hangars 2 and 3 at the airport, a project administered by consulting engineer McFarland Johnson on behalf of the airport owner.
