Day Treatment Intensive / Day Rehabilitation Programs RFP

Description: The County of Ventura is soliciting proposals from qualified behavioral health providers to operate Day Treatment Intensive and/or Day Rehabilitation programs providing Specialty Mental Health Services to Medi-Cal-eligible Ventura County residents. The programs will provide structured therapeutic and psychosocial rehabilitation services for adults, transition-age youth, and/or younger populations with serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. This is an open RFP with submissions due September 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT, and the required proposal materials include a cover letter, executive summary, program approach, staffing plan, budget, financial statement, references, and related compliance documentation.
