Crossing the Divide - Best Practices for Addressing Local and Privately-owned Lateral Sewer Issues (Request for Proposal)

Description: To provide water resource recovery facilities (WRRFs) and collection system operators with an interactive manual of practice for implementing inflow and infiltration (I&I) and obstruction management programs with a focus on municipal and privately owned lateral sewers in complex legal, regulatory, and multi-jurisdictional environments. Applicants may request up to $250,000 in WRF funds for this project.
