CRAWFORD BUSINESS PARK BUILDING 1-6 DEMOLITION RFP

Description: The Economic Progress Alliance of Crawford County (EPACC) is soliciting bids for the demolition of Building 1-6 at the Crawford Business Park located at 13518 Broadway Drive, Meadville, PA 16335 in Vernon Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The project involves complete demolition of a six-story building of approximately 138,900 square feet plus a partial basement, along with utility disconnections, demolition of abandoned storage tank containment areas, foundations, support structures, site clearing, grubbing, grading, and the construction of approximately 500 linear feet of 10-inch ductile iron fire line. Bids must be submitted to EPACC offices at 798 Bessemer Street, Meadville, PA 16335 by 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, August 27, 2026, with a pre-bid conference held at the site on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
