Description: Lee County of Illinois is soliciting sealed bids for Courtyard Revisions at the Old Lee County Courthouse (112 E. 2nd Street, Dixon, IL 61021). The project is divided into four separate contracts covering demolition/excavation, segmental walls and seeding, concrete, and lighting/power; bid documents and plans are available from the County Administrator. Bids are due at the Lee County Administrator’s Office by 9:00 AM on August 28, 2026, with a pre-bid site walk scheduled for August 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
