Warren County Courthouse Painting RFP
Patch/repair all necessary areas. Spot prime all patched areas. Paint walls, doors and frames, all application brush and roll, no spraying. Apply two finish coats of Sherwin Williams color and finish. Prep all metal frames and doors to be painted, match cove base and apply two finish coats of DTM direct to metal. Semigloss or satin finish. Match cove base to existing frames. Work areas to included but not limited to hallways, stairwells, oDice areas, etc. Work to be done after normal business hours and/or on weekends. All floors, furniture, items to be covered or protected. Area to be cleaned daily and responsible for own trash. All spills, splatters to be cleaned up. Proof of Work Comp and Liability due with submitted bid One gallon of wall finish and one gallon of door/frame finish needs to be remaining upon completion.
