Description: SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority is soliciting sealed construction bids to replace the North Shore Railroad grade crossing at SR 0054 (Continental Boulevard). The work includes removing the existing crossing, installing a heavy-duty tub-style crossing surface, constructing ballasted track, resurfacing approach track, and completing roadway approach work. Bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference on October 13, 2026.
