Conflict Public Defense Services Roster (RFP)

Description: Establishing a continuous on-call conflict public defense services roster. Qualified suppliers are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the format provided in this document. Suppliers that demonstrate the ability to provide the services listed will be placed on the list for up to five (5) years, or until they are no longer able to provide the requested services or express a desire to be removed from the list. Suppliers may apply at any time. However, applications will be reviewed at least twice per year by following the procedures outlined in the attached document.
