Community Park Restroom Construction

Description: The City of Pontiac, through its Housing Vitality Division, is seeking qualified contractors or design-build teams to design and construct new public restroom facilities at Aaron Perry Park, Jaycee Park, and Oakland Park. The work includes site review, utility coordination, construction of durable ADA-compliant facilities, lighting, ventilation, security features, and close-out documentation. The solicitation is for a three-year contract with two one-year renewal options, funded as CDBG-eligible work, and proposals are evaluated on technical qualifications and price.
