Description: Western Wyoming Community College is seeking a qualified, licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm to provide brokerage services for vacant commercial lots owned by the College. The selected firm will conduct market analysis, advertise and list the properties, show them to prospective buyers, maintain unsold listings, and provide progress updates. Proposals must include a marketing plan, assigned staff resumes, references, licensing documentation, and proof of at least $1,000,000 in professional liability insurance, with a one-year contract and options for two additional years.
