Work includes cold planing existing pavement, tack coat application, and resurfacing with thin-lift asphalt concrete surface (PG64-22) and micro-surfacing using emulsified asphalt and aggregate. Work also consists of brooming and de-grassing shoulders, shoulder scoring, and applying a thin epoxy-urethane overlay. Pavement marking activities include removal and replacement of existing markings, application of new plastic and painted pavement markings, contrast markings, channelization striping, barrier lines, stop lines, turn arrows, yield lines, and enhanced flatline thermoplastic markings. The project includes installation of snowplowable raised pavement markers, replacement of traffic signs and delineators, and full traffic control setup with warning lights, arrow boards, and construction signage. Mobilization and all related safety measures are included to complete the resurfacing and pavement improvement work.
