CLSU J-475-DB Campus Infrastructure Phase III RFP

Description: The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is soliciting statements of qualifications for design-build services for Project No. J-475, Campus Infrastructure Phase III, at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. The project will address deficiencies in aging utility systems through domestic water, sewer, stormwater, and GIS as-built drawing improvements. The selected firm will provide design, preconstruction, construction management, safety management, and coordination services, with design-builder services anticipated to begin in Fall 2026.
