Bolted Straight Aluminum Connector (Invitation for Quote)

Description: Provide 80 EA connector bolted straight alum two 2000 aac to nema 4 pad aluminum alloy terminal, bolted, straight, for connecting for two (2) 2000 mcm aac cables to flat pad. Terminal shall be rated for 3000 amps, continuous. Terminal shall be fully cast out of 356-t6 aluminum alloy with no welding. Cable clamping system shall consist of a bolt, a flat washer, and a nut. Threaded connector bodies are not allowed. Clamping bolts shall have hex-stops for one-wrench installation. Pads shall be side formed to allow for flush mounting. Flat pad shall be 4 inch nema 4 configuration. Terminal shall have a finished contact surface on both sides of pad. Connector surface shall be free of any foreign substance.
