City Contract #27-03, Maintenance of City Grounds and Garden Plots

Description: The City of Ocean City is seeking bids for a three-year annually renewable contract to maintain city grounds and garden plots, beginning in 2027. Work is scheduled for March 22 through November 15 in annual 34-week periods and includes preseason preparation; fertilizer and herbicide application; cutting, chipping, and edging; tree and shrub trimming; and cleanup of debris, vegetative waste, trash, and other unwanted material.
