RFP #SCSD2027-005: Alternative Learning SIte Services in Zip Codes 13203 and 13208
The Syracuse City School District seeks vendors to operate Alternative Learning Sites at physical locations in ZIP codes 13203 or 13208, serving students in grades 6–12 who participate in the District’s Homebound Instruction Program. Providers must furnish a safe, secure, supportive and equipped site, qualified and background-checked staff, attendance management, academic supplies and Wi-Fi, and biweekly attendance and service documentation. The anticipated contract runs from December 10, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with an initial three-year term and two optional one-year extensions.
