Description: The City of Everett is seeking statements of qualifications under RFQQ 2026-053 for a park development study covering Transfer Lots 45B, 45C, and 45D at the CEMEX Glenwood Pit. The work includes surveying, a whole-site geotechnical and feasibility study, and conceptual design for Phase One recreational development. The study is intended for architects and engineers experienced in parks and athletic facility design, with performance scheduled in Everett, Washington.

BCIT is seeking a Prime Consultant team to conduct a mixed-use land assessment and feasibility study supporting future development planning and establishing an informed basis for the potential leasing value of land near Lot Q. The study and associated schematic design will assess the site's development opportunities, constraints, and overall feasibility, giving BCIT a clear understanding of site conditions and development potential. The results may inform future leasing discussions and help prospective developers or property trust partners understand the site circumstances and the basis for the proposed lease value.
