NRFP Feasibility Study - Lot Q + Adjacencies Infrastructure Design

Description: BCIT is seeking a Prime Consultant team to conduct a mixed-use land assessment and feasibility study supporting future development planning and establishing an informed basis for the potential leasing value of land near Lot Q. The study and associated schematic design will assess the site's development opportunities, constraints, and overall feasibility, giving BCIT a clear understanding of site conditions and development potential.
