The Gary Paxton Industrial Park (GPIP) Board of Directors, through the City and Borough of Sitka (CBS), seeks a private entity for a long-term lease of Lot 16B at the GPIP. The area of interest is approximately 20,135 square feet on the western end of the GPIP adjacent to Sawmill Creek Road, and Lot 16B is valued at $95,580 or approximately $4.75 per square foot.
