The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) seeks applications to expand Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTPs) statewide to provide services to children ages 1018 with significant emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. Selected applicants must provide integrated Medicaid-reimbursable clinical supports, become QRTP-certified within 180 calendar days of notice of award, and meet program licensing/certification requirements. The initial contract term is expected to extend through the current Oregon legislative biennium with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of six years.
