Big Lake, MN - Wastewater Treatment Facilities Expansion and Improvements Project (Request for Qualifications)

Description: CMAR contract will include the following services and work: the city is expanding and improving its wastewater treatment facilities to address long-term community growth, accommodate increased industrial and residential wastewater demand, replace aging infrastructure, improve operational reliability, and maintain compliance with current and anticipated regulatory requirements. The city seeks a construction manager who can support collaborative planning, conduct constructability and sequencing reviews, lead cost and schedule development, and deliver a complex wastewater infrastructure project while maintaining uninterrupted treatment operations and supporting future growth of the big lake community.
