Description: The JADPACT project seeks to develop human-machine teaming concepts that use AI and automation to support battle managers. Its C2 Decision Advantage events support ABMS Transformational Model decision functions and explore AI and automation approaches for battle management, with warfighter involvement in developing those capabilities. The M-DASH event is tentatively scheduled for January 25–February 4, 2027, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a virtual Ask Me Anything session is scheduled for October 15, 2026.

Provide power construction and services in contingency or austere environments in support of temporary or enduring requirements provide single source responsibility for construction activities to include low and medium voltage electrical systems for power plants and power distribution systems. Construction activities may include, but not limited to, extension of designs, site preparation, and furnishing equipment and other ancillary items, for complete and usable power plants and distribution systems. Provide single source responsibility for services to include low and medium voltage electrical systems for power plants and power distribution systems power services may include the same activities listed under "construction"; however, in the case of services, the power generation equipment is owned by the contractor, and the contractor is responsible for providing power as a service. Power services may also include, but not limited to, assessing power needs, providing technical assistance, training, quality control, operating, fueling, relocating and recovering generator sets and associated fuel systems, and conducting preventive, emergency and scheduled maintenance. The program aims to increase adoption and further monitor performance of cold climate, high efficiency packaged window heat pumps (PWHPs) as a cost effective, minimally invasive heating electrification retrofit solution for New York State buildings. The program will achieve this via a 2-phase PON. Under Phase I, NYSERDA will publish PWHP performance specifications and other requirements. PWHP manufacturers & vendors will apply to Phase I by providing documentation that PWHPs meet those specifications & requirements. NYSERDA will review those application packages and, upon approval, applicants will become PWHP Program Participants and will be eligible to apply for Phase II. No funding will be committed or disbursed under Phase I.
