Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications and Network (PEO C3N) and the Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) program, is publishing Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W15P7T-25-S-0001 under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Subpart 212.70 to establish a streamlined vehicle for awarding innovative C2 capability and functionality. The NGC2 portfolio is intended to give commanders more, better, and faster decision-making through advanced analytics, an integrated data layer, open architecture, and robust and resilient transport. The CSO remains open until May 16, 2027, and proposals may be submitted only in response to a Request for White Paper.
